HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
All Orders received will be dispatched the next working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of stock. In the event that an item is temporariliy out of stock we will notify you of the delay and dispatch the item as soon as it arrives.
All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.
All sale items are non-refundable and final. Exchanges can be arranged within 7 days.
HOW LONG TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
Delivery to United Kingdom, Orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. Estimated time delivery time from receipt of order is 3-5 working days.
International Orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded and tracked. Overseas deliveries are subject to all import duties and taxes. These orders can also be subject to delay due to Customs and Excise examination for imported goods. Please notes that it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside United Kingdom, Lola Santos partnership can not be held liable for any local import duties and taxes impose.
WORLD WIDE DELIVERIES?
For deliveries outside the UK, please do send us an email as shipping prices varies depending on the country to be deliver, as well as the waiting time.
We will get in contact and let you know delivery prices and estimated times.
There is no automatic option for deliveries outside the UK at the moment, it has to be agreed ahead of payment.
HOW DO YOU PROCESS RETURNS?
If you wish to return an item you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the return within 7 days of receiving the goods. You should make it clear if you require an exchange, credit note or refund for the item.
Any item returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted, you should take reasonable care of all goods in your possession and return them to us appropriately packaged to avoid damage within 7 days of receiving the confirmation.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all the tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. (Please refer to the term and conditions)
